Lotus Fitness - Purchase policy
LOTUS FITNESS AGREEMENT TERMS MEMBER AND LOTUS FITNESS, LLC. AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING
1. RIGHT TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP.
Member may cancel membership and stop future payments for any reason, with a minimum of 30 days advanced notice.
2. RIGHT TO SUSPEND MEMBERSHIP.
LOTUS Fitness offers monthly members the ability to suspend their current monthly membership at any time for a $10, one-time fee.
3. 8 HOUR CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY.
As a courtesy to our members we request that you cancel any reservation 8 hours in advance.
4. TIMELINESS.
You must be on time for class in order to guarantee your reservation. Reservations are not guaranteed once the class has begun. If you arrive after class has begun, your spot may be given away to anyone waiting for a spot in class.
5. PRICES.
LOTUS Fitness, LLC may change prices, for any reason, with 30 days of notice to the member.
6. CLASS AND FITNESS PROGRAMS.
LOTUS Fitness, LLC, may change classes, programs, schedules and instructors at any time.
7. CLASS INSTRUCTION AND SAFETY.
Member agrees to follow the safety instructions of LOTUS Fitness personnel. LOTUS Fitness has the right to suspend/terminate membership of any individual that is disruptive or deliberately fails to follow instructions and/or risks the safety of staff or other members.
8. JURISDICTION.
To the full extent permissible by law, for purposes of any dispute arising out of this agreement, all parties hereto agree to submit to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the state court where the membership is issued. A condition precedent to any suit or action arising from any dispute between the parties shall be mediation.
9. TRANSFERABILITY.
This membership is not negotiable or transferable by the Member.
10. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL.
This contract will automatically renew each month unless either party requests termination. I understand and agree to comply in full with the terms and conditions stated in this Membership Agreement.
