The 45-minute CORE Boot Camp classes are HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) inspired workouts. They start with a MOBILITY circuit to warm up the body and increase range of motion in all joints. Each class finishes with a circuit of CORE focused exercises. Modifications for all dynamic exercises are shown, and you will be encouraged to move at your own pace!
There are bodyweight and dumbbell classes.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR THIS CLASS
- Bodyweight classes require NO EQUIPMENT. Have ready a yoga mat, water and towel (optional).
- Dumbbell classes require dumbbells or some other form of resistance. Common household items can be used i.e. bottles of water, canned goods, etc. Have ready a yoga mat, water and towel (optional).
