
All personal training sessions must be paid for in full in advance prior to the scheduled session. Personal training sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.
The Trainer and Client will agree that the Trainer will conduct a designated number of sessions within a specified number of weeks.
The Trainer and client will agree on and schedule the day and time of each session prior to the beginning of the sessions.
Please be ready to begin each training session at your scheduled appointment time. If you, the Client, arrive late, the training session will not be extended. If the Trainer is late, the current session will be extended to complete one full hour (when schedule permits) or a time and date will be scheduled to make-up this time with the client at a later date.
Please provide 24-hour notice of cancellation to avoid being charged for your scheduled session.
Should you, the Client, wish to reschedule the canceled appointment, the Trainer will do her best to accommodate your request. Should the Trainer be unable to find an alternative time slot, and the request is placed less than 24-hours prior to the appointment, the Client will be charged for the appointment.
Should the client need to shorten the scheduled one-hour session, the regular full session rate will be charged if the client does not provide 24-hours advance notice to the trainer of the need to abbreviate the session.
Lotus Fitness Personal Training requests that a fourteen (14) day advance notice is given in case of your vacation or absences during the term of the training contract.
You may pay for your personal training services using a credit card, debit card and e-check online via Pay Pal. If you are paying by one of these methods, you must schedule and confirm your appointment with Lotus Fitness.
