8-week GET FIT PROGRAM

If your interest is to lose body fat, improve your shape and appearance, increase endurance, boost energy, improve sports skills, or simply look and feel great, then the 8-week Get Fit Program is your jump-start towards achieving your fitness goals. It is designed to ensure your commitment level stays strong in order to reach your personal success.  Your road to Getting Fit begins with a thorough fitness assessment utilizing detailed screening methods of your physical strength, endurance, mobility and stability. From this assessment, your personal trainer will design an exercise program specific to your current fitness level and progressively adjust it as your cardiovascular and muscular endurance increases. One of the most effective ways to determine your true exercise exertion and caloric expenditure is by monitoring your heart rate.  This program incorporates the use of the Polar® F4 Fitness Companion heart rate monitor to further control your positive results.  You will meet with your personal trainer a minimum of twice a week for 2 months (16 sessions). This is your private fitness camp and opportunity to work one-on-one with someone that provides consistent coaching and is committed to your success

  • Fitness Assessment
    (cardio respiratory, flexibility, muscular strength
    and endurance assessments)
  • Progressive Customized Exercise Plan
  • 16 One-on-One Personal Training Sessions
    (2 sessions per week)
  • Polar® F4 Fitness Companion Heart Rate Monitor
  • Measurements of body mass index and body fat
  • 8-Week Daily Exercise and Nutrition Journal
