Exercise and Strength Training Program

Everyone who begins an exercise and strength training program has a unique history of exercise experience and future fitness goal.  Therefore, Lotus Fitness Personal Training utilizes the Optimum Performance Training (OPT) model of training that includes progressive workout styles emphasizing stability, strength and power within our client’s level of fitness.  Each clients personal training goals will determine how they progress and which workout styles work best for them. 

A complete strength training program incorporates the use of several tools for resistance; dumbbells, medicine balls, machines, resistance tubes, weighted body bars etc. Finally no exercise and strength training program will truly help you develop strength, stability and functionality without working the abdominal area, middle and lower back – the CORE of the body.  Lotus Fitness Personal Training programs incorporate core exercises into every workout.
