Fall Sessions
Advanced C.O.R.E. Boot Camp Training
The advanced training is open to previous C.O.R.E. Boot Camp members who have completed all 10 weeks of basic training and are ready to build on their foundation of cardiovascular and muscular strength.  This training is designed to progress the fitness level and workouts will include more power, agility, balance, speed and endurance training.

The C.O.R.E. Boot Camp program.
It combines cardiovascular and strength training exercises in a structured and progressive format.  You will get maximum and measurable results in your physique, fitness level and energy after participating in the C.O.R.E. Boot Camp. 

Each 60-minute session starts with a run to increase cardiovascular endurance, followed by active stretches to improve flexibility and muscular stability.  The strength training component is a combination of body weight exercises and additional resistance from dumbbells and exercise bands. 

All C.O.R.E. Boot Camp participants will complete a fitness assessment including body measurements at the beginning and end of the 10 week program.
